SHIKSHA PROTSAHAN KA UCHCHATAR MADHYAMIK STAR K VIDYARTHIYON KI SHAIKSHIK UPLABDHI PAR PRABHAV

Abstract
prastut shodh-patr ka uddeshy uchchatar maadhyamik star ke vidyaarthiyon kee shaikshik upalabdhi par shikshak protsaahan ke prabhaav ka adhyayan karana hai. shiksha manovigyaan ke kshetr mein yah sarvamaany tathy hai ki vidyaarthee kee shaikshik saphalata keval usakee bauddhik kshamata par nirbhar nahin karatee, balki shikshak dvaara pradatt prerana, sahayog, maargadarshan evan sakaaraatmak vyavahaar bhee isamen mahatvapoorn bhoomika nibhaate hain. shikshak protsaahan ko is adhyayan mein ek svatantr char ke roop mein tatha shaikshik upalabdhi ko aashrit char ke roop mein liya gaya hai. adhyayan mein varnanaatmak sarvekshan vidhi ka prayog kiya gaya. shikshak protsaahan ka maapan vidyaarthiyon kee pratikriyaon par aadhaarit svanirmit shikshak protsaahan maapanee dvaara kiya gaya, jabaki shaikshik upalabdhi ka maapan kaksha 10 kee bord pareeksha mein praapt ankon ke aadhaar par kiya gaya. .adhyayan mein durg jile ke samast uchchatar maadhyamik vidyaalayon ke kaksha 11 veen mein adhyayanarat vidyaarthiyon ka chayan kiya gaya hai. adhyayan kee janasankhya uchchatar maadhyamik vidyaalayon mein adhyayanarat kaksha 10 ke vidyaarthee the, jinamen se stareekrt yaadrchchhik nyaadarshan vidhi dvaara 300 vidyaarthiyon ka chayan kiya gaya. aankadon ke vishleshan hetu maadhy, maanak vichalan tatha ek-maargeey vicharan vishleshan (onai way anov) ka prayog kiya gaya. vishleshan se yah gyaat hua ki shikshak protsaahan ke vibhinn staron ke kaaran vidyaarthiyon kee shaikshik upalabdhi mein saankhyikeey roop se saarthak prabhaav paaya gaya. jin vidyaarthiyon ko shikshakon se uchch star ka protsaahan praapt hua, unakee shaikshik upalabdhi apekshaakrt adhik paee gaee. adhyayan ke nishkarsh is tathy kee pushti karate hain ki shikshak ka protsaahanaatmak vyavahaar—jaise prashansa, sakaaraatmak pratikriya, sahayogaatmak drshtikon tatha maargadarshan—vidyaarthiyon mein adhyayan-ruchi, aatm-vishvaas aur upalabdhi-prerana ko sudrdh karata hai. yah shodh vidyaalayon, shikshakon evan shiksha-prashaasan ke lie upayogee siddh ho sakata hai, kyonki isake aadhaar par shikshan-prakriya ko adhik preranaadaayak evan vidyaarthee-kendrit banaaya ja sakata hai.
