AN ANALYTICAL STUDY ON CONSUMER SATISFACTION TOWARDS E-MARKETING IN FLIPKART AMONG COLLEGE STUDENT

Abstract
This study investigates the levels of consumer satisfaction towards e-marketing practices employed by Flipkart among college students. Utilizing a varied-method approach, quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews were conducted among a sample population of college students actively engaged in online shopping. The findings reveal generally high level of satisfaction with Flipkart's e-marketing strategies, particularly emphasizing user-friendly interfaces and promotional offers. However, concerns are regarding delivery timelines and product quality emerged as significant factors influencing overall satisfaction. Through comprehensive analysis, this study offers insights into enhancing consumer experiences in e-marketing platforms and contributes to the understanding of consumer behaviour in the context of online retailing.
