Abstract
vaishvik antarsambandh, takaneekee unnati aur jatil samasyaon vaale vishv mein, samasyaon ke lie parishkrt samasya samaadhaan kaushal aur naveen, jatil samaadhaanon kee aavashyakata hotee hai. maireelaind insteetyoot kolej oph aart ek staiam(vigyaan praudyogikee abhiyaantrikee kala aur ganit) grejuet risarch phokas eriya hai, aur kala+staim(vigyaan praudyogikee abhiyaantrikee aur ganit) ke lie ekeekrt anaupachaarik shiksha saath hee dijain abhyaas, dijain soch aur kala shiksha ke lie kendr bhee hain. renaselar politeknik insteetyoot ilektronik kala, khel aur simuleshan kala aur vigyaan, aur dijain, navaachaar aur samaaj mein kaaryakram pradaan karata hai, jisamen staim se staiam pariyojanaon aur takaneekee kala vikaas aur pradarshan ka samarthan karane ke lie dizain kiya gaya ek pradarshan kala kendr hai.yah sansthaan samasya samaadhaan par dhyaan kendrit karane ke lie kala aur vigyaan ke vyaapak antahvishay anuprayogon par dhyaan kendrit karate hain.choonki chhaatron ke lie sambhaavit kariyar path agyaat hai, isalie chhaatron ko kaee domen ko samajhane kee kshamata ke saath-saath vibhinn vishayon ke beech rachanaatmak roop se sambandh banaane kee aavashyakata hogee.aaj ke job maarket ek vishesh kshetr mein visheshagyata ke bajaay vividh kshetron vaale maanav sansaadhanon kee talaash karate hain. bahuvishayak shiksha, chhaatron ko gahan kaushal vikasit karane aur vyaapak drshtikon se samasyaon ka samaadhaan karane ke lie taiyaar karatee hai. paathyakram kee visheshataon mein pariyojanaen aur vyaavahaarik shiksha, moolyaankan ke dar ko kam karana, prashikshan ke lie vibhinn drshtikonon ka sanyojan aur lacheelaapan shaamil hai. pariyojanaon ko chhaatron ko upayogee anuprayog, vaastavik jeevan kee samasyaon aur gahan judaav ko badhaava dene ke lie antahvishay kaary mein sanlagn karana chaahie. isamen paathyakram saamagree mein uchch star kee bhaageedaaree, kaksha ke andar aur baahar vaastavik samasyaon ke anuprayog aur antahvishay kaary ke saath sakriy shikshan shaamil hai. is prakaar, kaaryakramon ko aise samudaay banaane kee aavashyakata hai jo rachanaatmak soch ke lie paryaapt samay, rachanaatmak vichaaron aur galatiyon kee anumati dene, vibhinn drshtikonon kee kalpana karane, maanyataon par savaal uthaane, ruchiyon aur samasyaon kee pahachaan karane aur kaee parikalpanaen utpann karane ke lie vividhata aur anubhav kee samrddhi pradaan karate hain. eneepee-2020 mein parikalpit bahuvishayak shiksha ka uddeshy maanav kee saamaajik, shaareerik, bauddhik, bhaavanaatmak aur naitik kshamataon ko ekeekrt tareeke se vikasit karana hai. ek lacheela paathyakram vibhinn vishayon ke rachanaatmak sanyojan kee suvidha pradaan karega. shikshaarthee bhaashaon aur saath hee anuprayukt vigyaan, ganit aur vyaavasaayik adhyayan jaise kshetron mein se chun sakenge. samagr aur bahuvishayak drshtikon ke maadhyam se shodh karane ke avasaron ko badhaaya aur behatar banaaya jaata hai.praacheen bhaarat ke uchch shiksha kendr gyaan kee har shaakha ko padhaane ke lie jaane jaate the. sadiyon se, vyaapak seekhane ke avasar kam hote gae aur dheere-dheere dhyaan vishesh vishayon mein visheshagyata kee or chala gaya. naip-2020 praacheen bhaarat ke uchch shiksha kendron kee viraasat ko punarjeevit karane ka prayaas karata hai, jo us samay prachalit shikshan-adhigam paddhati ka anukaran karake aur use praasangik aur samakaaleen banaakar karata hai. naip-2020 mein parikalpit lacheelepan aur gatisheelata ke saath samagr aur bahuvishayak shiksha sunishchit karane ke lie, hamen kaaryakramon mein ekaroopata ke saath yogyata ka ek vyaapak dhaancha - raashtreey uchch shiksha yogyata dhaancha (nhaiqf), kredit sangraheet karane ke lie ek akaadamik baink, gatisheelata ko saksham karane ke lie dishaanirdesh, bhautik aur onalain jaise vibhinn tareekon se kredit arjit karane ka praavadhaan aadi laagoo karane kee aavashyakata hai. yoojeesee (uchch shiksha mein akaadamik baink oph kredit kee sthaapana aur sanchaalan) viniyam, 2021, 29 julaee 2021 ko adhisoochit kiya gaya.akaadamik baink oph kredit uchit kredit traansaphar tantr ke saath desh bhar mein uchch shiksha sansthaanon mein chhaatron ke paathyakram dhaanche aur antahvishay ya bahu-vishayak shaikshanik gatisheelata ke lacheelepan ko badhaava deta hai.
