Abstract
India is emerging as a pivotal player in the Global South, as its diplomatic and economic interactions with developing nations are reshaping the contours of trade, investment pathways, and management practices. India's interaction with the Global South has grown markedly in the last twenty years, motivated by alterations in geopolitical circumstances, economic demands, and collective developmental aims. This study examines the effects of India's growing involvement with the Global South on its economic landscape, emphasizing the areas of trade and management strategies. The analysis delves into how this engagement influences various sectors within the economy, highlighting the potential benefits and challenges that arise from such international collaborations. Furthermore, the research aims to provide insights into the evolving dynamics of commerce and management practices in India as it strengthens its ties with other developing nations.
By analyzing trade agreements, investment patterns, and collaborative initiatives within the Global South, This research emphasizes the various opportunities and challenges that Indian enterprises encounter. The findings reveal a complex landscape where businesses must navigate both favorable conditions and significant obstacles. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for stakeholders aiming to enhance their strategic approaches in the Indian market. The findings suggest that India's growing ties with developing countries are reshaping its commercial strategies and management frameworks, fostering innovation while necessitating adaptations to diverse market environments. In light of these developments, it is evident that India's engagement with developing countries is pivotal in redefining its economic practices. The interplay between innovation and the need for adaptability underscores the importance of a dynamic approach to navigating the complexities of global commerce.
