Abstract
varchual praaroop mein bhaarat ne janavaree 2023 mein voyas oph global sauth kantreej samit kee pahalee mejabaanee kee aur dviteey sanskaran navambar 2023 mein aayojit kiya . voyas oph global sauth samit bhaarat ke vasudhaiv kutumbakam ki kalyaanakaaree bhaavana ya "ek prthvee, ek parivaar, ek bhavishy" ke darshan ka antarraashtreey kshetr mein phailaav hai. teesare vogss kee mukhy visheshataen bhaageedaaree: 123 desh (cheen aur paakistaan ko aamantrit nahin kiya gaya) moolabhaavana : global sauth deshon ka satat aarthik vikaas karana. bhaarat ne vikaasasheel deshon ke badhate karj ko dhyaan mein rakahate huve ek vyaapak aur maanav-kendrit "vaishvik vikaas samajhauta" prastaavit karane ki bhaavana jataee hai. jisame bhaarat vaishvik dakshin deshon ke saath milakar sastee jenerik davaiyaan upalabdh karaane, praakrtik khetee kshetr mein vishesh anubhav saajha karane ke lie kaam karega. bhaarat vyaapaar vardhan hetu sanchaalit gatividhiyon ko badhaava dene ke lie $2.5 miliyan dhan raashi ka ek vishesh kosh bhee shuroo karega, aur vyaapaar neeti aur vyaapaar baatacheet mein kshamata nirmaan ke lie $1 miliyan dhan raashi ka kosh bhee shuroo karega.
