Abstract

global sauth mein mukhy roop se dakshinee amerika, aphreeka, eshiya aadi mein sthit desh aate hain jinhen aksar vikaasasheel athava kam vikasit ya avikasit desh ke roop mein jaana jaata hai. aamataur par global north ke dhanee deshon kee tulana mein in deshon mein uchch star kee gareebee, aay kee asamaanata, kathin va nimn jeevan paristhitiyaan, ashiksha aadi chunautiyaan vidhamaan hain. global sauth shabd ko pahalee baar varsh 1969 mein raajaneetik kaaryakartta kaarl oglesabee dvaara diya gaya tha. svatantrata ke baad se ‘global sauth bhaarat kee videsh neeti kee ek pramukh visheshata rahee hai. bhaarat ne sheet yuddh ke dauraan kisee bhee gathabandhan mein shaamil hue bina vikaasasheel deshon kee svaayattata ke lie aavaaz uthaee aur NAM ke gathan mein pramukh bhoomika nibhaee. bhaarat ne IMF aur vishv baink jaisee any vishisht sansthaon par sanyukt raashtr kee sarvochchata ke lie tark diya.bhaarat vikasit deshon ke saath baatacheet aur 21 veen sadee ke lie ek naee nyaayapoorn vishv vyavastha banaane mein netrtv kee bhoomika nibha rahe hain. bhaarat kee raajaneetik, janasaankhyikeey aur aarthik visheshataen global sauth kee saamoohik kootaneeti mein netrtv kee bhoomika sunishchit karane ke lie upayogee hain. bhaarat ke saamane pramukh chunautiyaan vibhinn trteey vishv sangathanon ke beech sahayog sunishchit karana tatha any trteey vishv deshon ke beech is par vishvaas banae rakhana hai.
