Abstract

A lay person can't tackle an adverse situation. In contrast a politician or an evil soul can convert adversity into opportunity. A trade union leader is more expert than a politician to convert the crisis into chance. He controls and befools the labourers through his innovative mechanism. He has unholy alliance with the employer.
