IMPACT OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE ON TURNOVER INTENTION

DR. ANKITA RATHORE

Abstract

Work-life balance has become a critical concern for both employees and organizations in today's dynamic and fast-paced work environment. This research paper aims to investigate the impact of work-life balance on turnover intention, shedding light on the complex interplay between these two factors. This paper explores how achieving an optimal work-life balance can influence employees' intention to leave their current jobs through an in-depth review of existing literature, theoretical frameworks, and empirical studies. The findings suggest that a positive work-life balance significantly reduces turnover intention, emphasizing the need for organizations to adopt proactive strategies to enhance work-life balance and, consequently, mitigate turnover intention.
