Abstract
shaikshanik pradarshan ya shaikshanik upalabdhi vah seema hai jis tak ek chhaatr ne alpakaalik ya deerghakaalik shaikshik lakshy haasil kie hain. maadhyamik vidyaalay diploma aur snaatak kee digree jaise shaikshik maanadandon ko poora karana shaikshanik upalabdhi ko darshaata hai. shaikshanik upalabdhi chhaatron ke vyaktitv ke sangyaanaatmak, bhaavaatmak aur manoprerak kshetron ke sampoorn shaikshik vikaas ka sanket hai. vartamaan adhyayan ke maadhyam se adhyayan karane vaale maadhyamik chhaatron kee shaikshanik upalabdhi jaanane ke lie kiya gaya hai. chhaatron kee shaikshanik upalabdhi ko badhaane ke lie niyamit aur mukt shiksha mod mein bahut saaree gatividhiyaan kee jaatee hain. vartamaan yug mein, shaikshanik upalabdhi shikshakon ke beech charcha ka kendr bindu hai kyonki yah jeevan ke kaee kshetron mein chayan ka maanadand ban gaya hai. shaikshanik upalabdhi ko aam taur par pareekshaon ya nirantar moolyaankan ke maadhyam se maapa jaata hai, lekin is baat par koee aam sahamati nahin hai ki isaka moolyaankan kaise kiya jaata hai, sabase achchha tareeka ya kaun se pahaloo sabase mahatvapoorn hain - kaushal jaise prakriyaatmak gyaan ya tathy jaise ghoshanaatmak gyaan. shaikshanik upalabdhi ko ek bahuaayaamee sanrachana maana jaana chaahie jisamen seekhane ke vibhinn kshetr shaamil hain. choonki shaikshanik upalabdhi ka kshetr bahut vyaapak hai aur isamen kaee tarah ke shaikshik parinaam shaamil hain, isalie shaikshanik upalabdhi kee paribhaasha ise maapane ke lie istemaal kie jaane vaale sanketakon par nirbhar karatee hai. shaikshanik upalabdhi ko darshaane vaale kaee maanadandon mein se, bahut saamaany sanketak hain jaise ki shaikshik pranaalee mein arjit prakriyaatmak aur ghoshanaatmak gyaan, shaikshik upalabdhi pareekshan par gred ya pradarshan jaise adhik paathyakram-aadhaarit maanadand aur shaikshanik digree aur pramaanapatr jaise shaikshanik upalabdhi ke sanchayee sanketak.
