Abstract
Someone commits. Someone commits not. Someone keeps promise. Someone keeps not. Someone intentionally does not keep commitment. Even someone does not commit intentionally in spite of having capacity. Then none can blame him. To commit or not to commit and to keep or not to keep is a personality trait. This positive attitude is one of the most precious ingredients of a character that offers its uniqueness which builds up personality that determines individual difference. Such trait enriches the solvency of a character. It manifests values and ethics as well. He who keeps commitment is honored everywhere. If anybody fails to keep promise he is hated by all. Thus he becomes valueless in spite of being rich.
