Abstract

Confidence is good, but over confidence is bad. It is like the difference between ambitious and over ambitious or smart and over smart or modern and ultra-modern. The paradox is that confidence sometimes betrays with the expert even. He cannot show his expertise in desired moment. An over ambitious man becomes either dangerously brilliant or brilliantly dangerous or both simultaneously to achieve his target. A careerist is always selfish. He is confident. And his confidence provokes him to be ambitious.
