Abstract
Gradation is not constant. It is a moving concept. It varies with time, place, culture and environment, etc. So up gradation is very important like updated knowledge. Knowledge is power. Vocabulary enriches any writing. Similarly, success depends on latest knowledge coupled with latest upgraded information as well.
