Abstract
In every riot or massacre there is provocation of the protagonist. In case of communal riot it becomes violent. A fool can easily be provoked, seldom a wise. A wise seldom steps in that trap. The learned seldom provokes and never be provoked. It is the tool of a sly person. In politics it is the worst tool used against the opponent.
