Abstract
Repentance is not a conditional action. It is quite free from any condition pre or post. As if it is a spring that comes out of a hill spontaneously. Thus it is like unconditional surrender to conscience or God in case of a pious soul. Here lies its nobility and generosity. Confession is a great virtue. To do a crime needs courage. To confess the guilt needs more courage. And to repent needs most courage. A sensitive soul cannot free himself without repentance. Self confession is good. Better it is to confess the guilt to the Lord Christ. It is best to confess to the victim the wrongs done once against him. Thus the circle is complete. If the victim is not alive then the sinner should beg pardon to its successors, just like a banker recovers its debt.
