Abstract
The source and subsequent course of river is natural. Nature is a great mathematician. Every work of nature is the outcome of much calculation considering various parameters. As such nature has done no harm to the civilization. Rather man has done against nature causing danger to both creator and creation as well. Nature exists on balance. Now, when man diverts the course of river, nature suffers from imbalance causing natural calamities viz., flood, drought, etc.
