SHAIKSHIK PRADARSHAN PAR TANAV KA PRABHAV: EK ADHYAYAN

Abstract
shaikshik pradarshan kisee bhee chhaatr ke bhavishy kee neenv hotee hai, lekin jab yah pradarshan atyadhik dabaav aur maanasik tanaav se prabhaavit hone lagata hai, to yah unakee shaareerik, maanasik aur saamaajik sthiti par nakaaraatmak prabhaav daalata hai. vartamaan samay mein, shiksha keval seekhane aur gyaan arjit karane ka maadhyam nahin rah gaee hai, balki yah atyadhik pratispardha, saamaajik apekshaon aur pareeksha ke dabaav ka srot ban gaee hai. chhaatron par pareeksha mein uchch ank praapt karane, maata-pita aur shikshakon kee ummeedon ko poora karane, kathin paathyakram ko samajhane aur sahapaathiyon se pratispardha karane ka bhaaree dabaav hota hai. yah tanaav dheere-dheere unakee maanasik shaanti ko baadhit karane lagata hai, jisase ve chinta, avasaad, aatm-sandeh, chidachidaapan aur ekaakeepan jaisee samasyaon ka shikaar ho jaate hain. kuchh maamalon mein, tanaav itana adhik ho jaata hai ki chhaatr padhaee se vimukh ho jaate hain, unakee ekaagrata kamajor ho jaatee hai, smaran shakti prabhaavit hotee hai aur unaka aatmavishvaas girane lagata hai. chhaatron ke shaikshik pradarshan par tanaav ke prabhaavon ka vistrt vishleshan kiya gaya hai. maanasik tanaav ke kaaran kaee chhaatr apanee kshamataon ke anusaar pradarshan nahin kar paate, jisase ve niraash aur asurakshit mahasoos karane lagate hain. pareeksha ke dinon mein atyadhik ghabaraahat, neend na aana, siradard, pet dard, thakaan aur anidra jaisee shaareerik samasyaen bhee aamataur par dekhee jaatee hain. yadi tanaav ko samay par niyantrit nahin kiya jae, to yah chhaatron ke shaikshik bhavishy aur maanasik svaasthy ke lie haanikaarak saabit ho sakata hai. haalaanki, yadi uchit tanaav prabandhan takaneekon ko apanaaya jae, to chhaatr is dabaav ko niyantrit kar sakate hain aur apane shaikshik pradarshan ko behatar bana sakate hain. maata-pita, shikshakon aur samaaj ko milakar yah sunishchit karana chaahie ki shiksha pranaalee keval ankon par kendrit na rahe, balki chhaatron ke samagr maanasik aur bhaavanaatmak vikaas ko bhee praathamikata dee jae. is shodh mein tanaav kam karane ke lie yog, dhyaan, uchit samay prabandhan, maanasik svaasthy kaunsaling, sakaaraatmak paarivaarik vaataavaran aur shikshan pranaalee mein sudhaar jaise prabhaavee sujhaav prastut kie gae hain. yadi chhaatron ko tanaav-mukt vaataavaran pradaan kiya jae aur unakee maanasik bhalaee par dhyaan diya jae, to ve na keval shaikshik roop se saphal ho sakate hain, balki maanasik aur shaareerik roop se bhee svasth rah sakate hain. maanasik tanaav ko keval vyaktigat samasya maanakar nazarandaaj karane ke bajaay, ise ek gambheer shaikshik aur saamaajik mudda maanate hue, isake samaadhaan kee disha mein thos kadam uthaane kee aavashyakata hai.
