STRATEGIC ROLE OF EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION IN ENHANCING ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: AN ANALYTICAL STUDY

Abstract
Employee motivation is widely recognized as a crucial factor influencing organizational productivity, efficiency, and long-term success. In the contemporary business environment characterized by technological advancement, globalization, and dynamic workforce expectations, organizations must adopt effective motivational strategies to maintain competitiveness. The present study examines the role of employee motivation in improving organizational effectiveness by analyzing motivational factors such as financial rewards, recognition, work environment, leadership style, and career development opportunities. The research is based on conceptual and analytical approaches supported by contemporary literature. Findings indicate that motivated employees demonstrate higher productivity, engagement, innovation, and commitment, which collectively enhance organizational performance. The study emphasizes that strategic motivational policies are essential for sustainable organizational growth.
