Abstract

Convention is held to make a treaty for world peace. Pages after pages are printed. They say, treaty is not an agreement at all. It is simply a diplomatic farce. Rather it is a strategy of the mightier to kill time and prepare for action against the opponent. The mightier breaks the treaty and the weak opponent has to bear the torture. Here lies the uniqueness of convention.
