Abstract
A hesitant person speaks softly. But a soft spoken person may not a hesitant person. He may hail from elite society. His emotion is noble in nature. He maintains courtesy and knows the norms of etiquette. Thus all hesitant persons are soft spoken but all soft spoken persons may not be a hesitant one.
