Abstract
Scandal is a matter of perception. It is quite a relative concept. A scandal in a society is a natural affair to another one. So one must care and respect the sentiment of the concerned culture. Also same scandal cannot affect all persons equally. One may be upset totally. The other remains totally indifferent as if he finds nothing wrong in it.
