PRACHIN BHARTIYA JEEVAN-DARSHAN AUR MAANASIK SVASTHYA: EK ADHYAYAN

Abstract
maanav jeevan kee sampoornata keval bhautik sukh-suvidhaon, aarthik samrddhi athava takaneekee pragati mein nihit nahin hai, balki maanasik shaanti, bhaavanaatmak santulan aur aatmik santosh mein nihit hai. vartamaan vaishvik paridrshy mein maanasik svaasthy ek gambheer chunautee ke roop mein ubhar kar saamane aaya hai. tanaav, avasaad, chinta, akelaapan, asuraksha, aatmahatya kee pravrtti tatha jeevan ke prati niraasha jaisee samasyaen aadhunik samaaj ko bheetar se khokhala kar rahee hain. is sankat ke mool mein jeevan ke prati ekaangee, bhautikataavaadee aur pratispardhaatmak drshtikon nihit hai. aise samay mein praacheen bhaarateey jeevan-darshan ek vaikalpik, samagr aur santulit drshti pradaan karata hai, jo maanasik svaasthy ko keval rogon kee anupasthiti nahin, balki maanasik, naitik aur aadhyaatmik kalyaan ke roop mein dekhata hai. praacheen bhaarateey jeevan-darshan ka mool aadhaar yah hai ki manushy keval ek bhautik shareer nahin, balki shareer, man aur aatma ka ek avibhaajy samanvay hai. bhaarateey darshan mein maanasik svaasthy ka sambandh man kee sthirata, chitt kee shuddhata aur aatma kee chetana se joda gaya hai. vedon, upanishadon, bhagavadgeeta, yog-darshan, bauddh aur jain darshan tatha aayurvedik saahity mein maanasik jeevan kee gahan vivechana milatee hai. in granthon mein man ko maanav jeevan kee disha nirdhaarit karane vaalee kendreey shakti maana gaya hai. upanishadon mein yah spasht roop se kaha gaya hai ki man hee bandhan aur moksh ka kaaran hai, arthaat maanasik asantulan manushy ko duhkh kee or le jaata hai aur maanasik santulan use shaanti kee or. praacheen bhaarateey jeevan-darshan mein nihit maanasik svaasthy kee avadhaaranaon ka gahan adhyayan prastut karata hai tatha yah spasht karata hai ki bhaarateey maneeshiyon ne maanasik vikaaron ke kaaranon, unakee prakrti aur samaadhaan ko kitanee sookshmata se samajha tha. bhaarateey darshan ke anusaar maanasik asvasthata ka mool kaaran baaharee paristhitiyaan nahin, balki aantarik asantulan hai. avidya, asanyam, atrpt ichchhaen, raag-dvesh, ahankaar aur aatm-vismrti ko maanasik duhkhon ka pramukh kaaran maana gaya hai. vyakti jab svayan ko keval shareer, pad aur bhog se jod leta hai, tab usaka man ashaant ho jaata hai aur vah nirantar bhay, tanaav aur asantosh se ghira rahata hai. praacheen bhaarateey jeevan-darshan maanasik svaasthy ke upachaar ke lie aushadhi-kendrit nahin, balki jeevan-drshti-kendrit drshtikon apanaata hai. yog-darshan is sandarbh mein atyant mahatvapoorn hai. patanjali yogasootr mein yog ko chittavrttiyon ke nirodh ka saadhan bataaya gaya hai. ashtaang yog ke maadhyam se vyakti apane aacharan, vichaar, shvaas, dhyaan aur chetana ko kramabaddh roop se niyantrit kar maanasik sthirata praapt karata hai. aadhunik vaigyaanik shodh bhee yah pramaanit kar rahe hain ki yog, dhyaan aur praanaayaam tanaav, chinta aur avasaad ko kam karane mein prabhaavee hain, jisase bhaarateey darshan kee vaigyaanikata aur praasangikata siddh hotee hai. bhagavadgeeta ka karmayog maanasik svaasthy kee drshti se atyant vyaavahaarik hai. nishkaam karm ka siddhaant vyakti ko phal-aasakti, bhay aur apekshaon se mukt karata hai. jab manushy karm ko kartavy samajhakar karata hai aur parinaam ko sveekaar karane kee maanasikata vikasit karata hai, tab usaka man santulit rahata hai. geeta ka samatv yog maanasik svaasthy ka ek sashakt aadhaar prastut karata hai, jisamen sukh-duhkh, laabh-haani aur jay-paraajay mein samaan bhaav banae rakhane par bal diya gaya hai. bhakti darshan maanasik svaasthy ke bhaavanaatmak paksh ko sudrdh karata hai. eeshvar mein aastha, prem aur samarpan vyakti ko maanasik sambal pradaan karata hai. bhakti vyakti ke bheetar vishvaas, aasha aur sakaaraatmakata ka sanchaar karatee hai, jisase akelaapan, bhay aur avasaad kam hota hai. sant saahity mein bhakti ko maanasik shaanti aur aatmik aanand ka srot maana gaya hai. bauddh darshan maanasik duhkhon ke vishleshan aur samaadhaan kee ek vaigyaanik pranaalee prastut karata hai. chaar aary saty jeevan mein duhkh kee vaastavikata ko sveekaar karate hain, jabaki ashtaangik maarg maanasik shuddhi aur santulan ka maarg prashast karata hai. vipashyana dhyaan aaj vaishvik star par maanasik svaasthy sudhaar kee prabhaavee vidhi ke roop mein apanaaya ja raha hai. bauddh darshan yah sikhaata hai ki trshna aur aasakti hee maanasik duhkhon kee jad hain. jain darshan maanasik shuddhata ke lie ahinsa, aparigrah aur sanyam par vishesh bal deta hai. ichchhaon ka sanyam aur aatm-niyantran maanasik tanaav ko kam karata hai. jain darshan ka aatm-nireekshan aur aatm-sanyam vyakti ko maanasik sthirata pradaan karata hai. aayurved mein maanasik svaasthy ko sattv, rajas aur tamas gunon ke santulan se joda gaya hai. saattvik jeevanashailee, santulit aahaar aur shuddh vichaar maanasik svaasthy ke lie aavashyak maane gae hain. yah drshtikon aadhunik manovigyaan kee samagr svaasthy avadhaarana se saamy rakhata hai. praacheen bhaarateey jeevan-darshan maanasik svaasthy kee ek samagr, santulit aur sthaayee pranaalee prastut karata hai. aadhunik maanasik svaasthy modal jahaan mukhyatah rog-upachaar par kendrit hain, vaheen bhaarateey darshan jeevan kee samagrata par bal deta hai. aaj ke yug mein maanasik svaasthy kee badhatee samasyaon ke samaadhaan ke lie keval takaneekee aur chikitseey upaay paryaapt nahin hain, balki jeevan-drshti ke parivartan kee aavashyakata hai. atah yah adhyayan nishkarsh roop mein yah pratipaadit karata hai ki praacheen bhaarateey jeevan-darshan na keval aadhyaatmik unnati ka maarg hai, balki maanasik svaasthy ke sanrakshan aur sanvardhan ka bhee ek prabhaavee, vyaavahaarik aur praasangik aadhaar hai. yadi isake siddhaanton ko aadhunik sandarbh mein apanaaya jae, to maanasik svaasthy kee vartamaan vaishvik chunautiyon ka saarthak samaadhaan sambhav hai.
